“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.”
2 Corinthians 5:17
No matter how deep the pit or how long the road, no one is beyond the reach of God's grace. His House of Hope exists because we've seen it — men who were written off, now restored to their families, their faith, and their future.
Changed Lives, in Their Own Words
Every man who walks through our doors has a story. Here are a few of the ones God is still writing.
This place has changed my life. Period. This man Robert Knaack offered me an opportunity to take on the most challenging thing in my life and promised he'd walk through the fire with me and that's exactly what he did. Along with the countless others who are involved I cannot give enough thanks. But at this place all the glory goes to God. Because without Him, none of this is possible. He works through each one of us and these men that come through the program. Please take time to stop in and check it out. You will be amazed.
His House of Hope has helped build my faith in Jesus Christ. It has given me hope where I felt I had none. It's helped me build a relationship with my two year old son Gabriel. I thank God everyday for this house and the opportunities it's opened up in my life I never thought possible. I pray for anyone needing help to conquer addiction, build a relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ, and get their lives back on track to contact His House of Hope and give God the opportunity to work in their lives. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
I have seen the men go into this program broken and come out renewed! These men have become contributing members to society again and better fathers, sons and brothers. They learn the meaning of community and how to be a man who walks with Christ.
